Return Policy
If by any chance the item you've purchased contains faults, it can be returned for a full refund excluding delivery costs. You must submit Returns Authorisation Form before sending the goods back.
Following list outlines the steps involved when returning faulty goods:
- Submit Returns Authorisation Form (below) and obtain an RA number
- Our support will contact you to discuss your case and arrange repairs (if needed)
- If instructed by our staff to send the item back, then label the box as "Return Item", include copy of your receipt and ship it all to the following address:

- Once the item is received, our support team will contact you to arrange refund or for a replacement item to be sent to you
Please be advised, when processing a return or a warranty claim, first, you must obtain RA number by filling in the Returns Authorisation form!!
Warranty Conditions
In order to retain the manufacturers warranty any electric/petrolscooter or ATV has to undergo regular servicing similar to a car. This servicing will insure that your scooter runs at it's peak performance. If no authorized service centre is available please contact us for a service arrangement.
All our scooters are covered by 60 days manufacturers' limited* warranty!!
* Belts and wheels are excluded from all aspects of warranty, unless we inspect the item and a substantial proof is available of manufacturers fault.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!
:: Water ingression of any type voids all aspects of warranty!!
:: Do not attempt to repair products yourself as it will instantly void the warranty!!
:: For all repairs and maintenance, take your scooter to the nearest authorised repair centre!!
