Description:

An open-ended ring that fits into a groove on the outer diameter of the piston. Its chief function is to form a tight seal between the piston and cylinder wall.

Most motor bike engine pistons have up to four rings: two for compression sealing, two for oil sealing. The rings displayed here will fit most Chinese and Japanese engines depending on bore and stroke. Some mechanical knowledge is required to replace piston rings.
