Delivery

Petrol Motorbikes, ATV (Quads), and most bulky items are shipped nationwide direct by Toll Ipec Express logistics. Items leave our base carefully packed and fully insured as soon as payment is confirmed. Item will arrive to your designated address within 5 working days. Although in most cases we aim for 72 hours.

Once the order is picked up by Toll Ipec from our warehouse, we will provide you with the Consignment Number of your order, which you can use on Toll Ipec Track and Trace website section to check the status/current location of your order. Optional insurance is also available, please inquire about it when placing an order with one of our sales assitants.

Smaller goods are sent using Australia Post and usually arrive within 3-5 working days once dispatched.

Pickups

Unfortunately there is no public transport access to the Elstar Products warehouse. The best way would be to drive by car or hire a taxi. You can pick-up items, you have purchased directly from Elstar Products, from our warehouse located at:

Pick-ups can be arranged Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.
