Spare Parts and Accessories
Here at Elstar Products we are caring for our customers not only during the purchase time but long after that. Apart from providing Service Maintenance on our product range we constantly bring into Australia container loads of spare parts and accessories. In fact there are so many of them we don't even have time to add them to our website!!
If for any reason you require a particular part you cannot find in our spare parts section, please send us an email with the desctiption of what is required to development@elstars.com.au and we will try our best to assist you with it no matter if you require only one part a several dozens for your shop.
Manuals
We also working on making available the manuals to all of our product range to be available from our website, that's in case you've misplaced your original manual. Please check our manuals section and see if you can find what you are looking for. If no luck with locating it yourself, email us on development@elstars.com.au and we'll try to arrange for one to be produced!! In this section we also list some Care Guides and other instructions.

Warranty Claims
Apart from Manufacturer's Warranty, on many of our products, we offer an extended warranty for a nominal fee. This was arranged in order to give our customers a piece of mind for longer when they invest from a couple of hundred to several thousand dollars. If for some reason you are having a problem with the product you've purchased from us directly or through one of our dealers, please visit warranty claims section and submit a Returns Authorisation form and one of our friendly staff will get in touch with you to help you resolve the problem.
